Welcome to Meadow Agriculture, an educational, research, training, consultancy, publication, and professional development platform operated by Meadow Edutech Private Limited. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meadow Agriculture website, mobile applications (if applicable), learning management systems, digital platforms, online portals, events, products, services, and all related activities offered by the Company.

By accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing, enrolling in, participating in, or otherwise using any Service provided by Meadow Agriculture, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies, guidelines, notices, or agreements published by the Company from time to time.

Throughout these Terms, the words "Company," "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to Meadow Edutech Private Limited, while "User," "You," and "Your" refer to every individual, institution, organization, participant, trainee, intern, trainer, speaker, researcher, author, reviewer, visitor, customer, or any other person accessing or using the Platform or Services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of India. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an institution, organization, university, company, or any other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, including any future amendments or updates made by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to refuse access to any person or entity at its sole discretion where such access is considered inappropriate, unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the objectives of the Platform.


2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

  • "Company" means Meadow Edutech Private Limited, including its directors, employees, officers, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, and authorized partners.
  • "Platform" means Meadow Agriculture, including its official website, web applications, mobile applications, learning management systems (LMS), online portals, communication channels, software, and all associated services.
  • "User" means any individual or legal entity accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing, participating in, or otherwise using the Platform or any Services.
  • "Services" include educational programmes, conferences, seminars, workshops, internships, certificate courses, vocational training, research activities, consultancy services, publication services, and any other services introduced by the Company from time to time.
  • "Content" means all information, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio recordings, presentations, research materials, publications, certificates, software, databases, and any other material made available through the Platform.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 General Scope

Meadow Agriculture is an educational, research, training, consultancy, publication, and professional development platform offering a wide range of academic, technical, vocational, and capacity-building services through online, offline, hybrid, and blended modes of delivery.

3.2 Services Offered

The Services offered by the Company may include, but are not limited to:

  • International and National Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Symposiums
  • Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), Faculty Induction Programmes (FIPs)
  • Refresher Courses, Orientation Programmes, Certificate Courses
  • Skill Development, Vocational Education and Training
  • Hands-on Practical, Industrial, and Internship Programmes
  • Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDPs)
  • Research Methodology Workshops and Research & Development Activities
  • Academic, Professional, Technical, and Agricultural Consultancy Services

  • Any other educational, research, or professional development services introduced from time to time.

3.3 Mode of Delivery

Services may be provided through: Online, Offline, Hybrid, Self-paced, Live Interactive, Recorded, Blended Learning, Virtual Events, Physical Events, Institutional Partnerships, and Government or International Collaborations.

3.4 Modification of Services

The Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, introduce, modify, suspend, postpone, reschedule, discontinue, or withdraw any Service whenever considered necessary. Such modifications shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

3.5 No Guarantee

Participation in any programme does not guarantee employment, admission, government recognition, professional licensing, academic credit transfer, publication acceptance, research funding, business success, or any specific personal, professional, financial, or academic outcome.


4. Eligibility, Registration, and User Accounts

4.1 Eligibility

The Platform is intended for individuals and legal entities legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws of India. Users below the age of 18 years may only participate with consent and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative.

4.2 Registration

Certain Services require mandatory registration. Users may be required to provide: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Educational Qualification, Institutional Details, Identity Documents (where applicable), and Payment Details. The User agrees to provide only accurate, current, and complete information.

4.3 User Accounts

Each registered account is personal to the User and shall not be transferred, sold, shared, or otherwise made available to any other individual or entity without prior written consent of the Company.

4.4 Account Security

The User is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. Any unauthorized access must be immediately reported to the Company.

4.5 Prohibited Registration Practices

Users shall not create multiple fraudulent accounts, register using another person's identity, provide forged documents, or use automated bots or scripts to create accounts.


5. Fees, Payments, and Billing

5.1 Applicable Fees

Certain Services may require payment of Registration Fee, Programme Fee, Training Fee, Service Fee, Membership Fee, Subscription Fee, Internship Fee, Publication Charges, Consultancy Fee, Certification Fee, or other applicable fees as determined by the Company.

5.2 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may include: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Mobile Wallets, Bank Transfers, International Payment Gateways, QR Code Payments, and other approved methods.

5.3 GST Policy

The Company does not separately charge Goods and Services Tax (GST) from Students, Farmers, or any other participants for its educational and training programmes. The course fee or registration fee is comprehensive, and no extra amount will be collected under the name of GST. This applies to all eligible educational courses, skill development workshops, and training sessions. Participants do not have to bear any hidden or secondary tax liabilities when enrolling in these programmes.

5.4 Currency

Unless otherwise specified, all fees and payments shall be payable in Indian Rupees (INR). Exchange rate fluctuations or conversion charges for international payments shall be borne solely by the User.

5.5 Non-Payment

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel a User's registration where applicable fees remain unpaid, a payment is declined or reversed, or fraudulent payment activity is suspected.


6. User Conduct and Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 General Responsibilities

The User shall use the Platform and all Services responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws of India.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Users shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in or attempt to engage in any of the following:

  • Providing false, forged, or misleading information during registration.
  • Creating fake, duplicate, or unauthorized User accounts.
  • Impersonating another individual, institution, or Company representative.
  • Uploading or distributing malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform or its security systems.
  • Using bots, scrapers, or unauthorized technologies to access or collect data.
  • Engaging in payment fraud, identity theft, or chargeback abuse.
  • Uploading defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content.
  • Violating intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.
  • Recording or livestreaming any session without prior written permission of the Company.
  • Using the Platform for political campaigning, spam, or unauthorized commercial activity.

6.3 Academic Integrity

Users shall not commit plagiarism, cheat during assessments, engage in proxy attendance, fabricate academic records, submit forged documents, or misuse AI tools in violation of programme guidelines.

6.4 Communication Standards

Users are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times. Abusive, offensive, threatening, or defamatory language and harassment of any kind are strictly prohibited.

6.5 Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in: warnings, account suspension or termination, rejection of registrations, withholding or revocation of certificates, removal of content, reporting to authorities, and initiation of legal proceedings.


7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and relating to the Platform and Services — including the website, LMS, software, training materials, educational content, publications, videos, logos, trademarks, designs, branding, and all other content — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Meadow Edutech Private Limited or its respective licensors.

7.2 Copyright Protection

All Content is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of India and applicable international laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Content may result in civil and criminal liability.

7.3 Limited License

The Company grants the User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content for lawful educational, research, training, and personal non-commercial purposes only.

7.4 Trademarks and Branding

"Meadow Agriculture," "Meadow Edutech Private Limited," Company logos, trademarks, domain names, and all associated marks are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized use may constitute trademark infringement.

7.5 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the Platform, the User grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, publish, and distribute such content solely for the purposes of administering the Services, academic review, publication, certification, and operation of the Platform. The User retains ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.6 Certificates and Digital Credentials

Certificates, digital badges, and other credentials issued by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company. Users shall not alter, forge, manipulate, reproduce, misuse, sell, or falsely represent any certificate or credential issued by the Company.


8. Digital Content License

Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Company grants the User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use digital content — including online courses, recorded sessions, webinars, presentation slides, PDF notes, e-books, research papers, digital certificates, and other learning materials — solely for lawful educational, research, and personal non-commercial purposes.

Users shall not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any Digital Content, or circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) or access controls implemented by the Company.


9. Certificates, Assessments, Internships, and Academic Credentials

9.1 Certificate Eligibility

The issuance of any certificate or credential is subject to: successful registration and enrolment, payment of all applicable fees, fulfilment of attendance requirements, and successful completion of assessments, assignments, or evaluations as applicable.

9.2 Internship Policy

Internship programmes are intended solely for educational and skill development purposes. Participation does not create an employer-employee relationship and does not guarantee employment, placement, stipend, or permanent association with the Company.

9.3 Revocation of Certificates

The Company reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or revoke any certificate at any time if fraud, impersonation, plagiarism, academic misconduct, payment fraud, or violation of these Terms is established — even after the certificate has been issued.

9.4 No Guarantee

Issuance of any certificate or credential does not guarantee employment, admission, academic credit transfer, government recognition, professional licensing, career advancement, or any other specific outcome.


10. Plagiarism, Academic Integrity, and Research Ethics

All Users shall submit only original, authentic, and lawfully prepared work. Plagiarism in any form — including copying without attribution, unauthorized translation, or republication of previously published work — is strictly prohibited.

The use of AI tools is subject to the rules and guidelines applicable to the relevant programme or activity. Users remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, legality, and integrity of all submitted work regardless of AI tool use.

Users participating in research activities shall comply with accepted principles of research ethics and shall not fabricate, falsify, or misrepresent data, citations, authorship, or affiliations.

Violations may result in rejection of submissions, revocation of certificates, account termination, notification to relevant institutions or authorities, and legal action where permitted by law.


11. Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By using the Meadow Agriculture website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cookies are used to enable functionality and ease of use. Some affiliate or advertising partners may also use cookies.


12. Hyperlinking to Our Content

The following organizations may link to our website without prior written approval: Government agencies, Search engines, News organizations, and Online directory distributors. Other organizations wishing to link to our website must send a request to director@meadowagriculture.in and allow 2–3 weeks for a response. No use of the Company's logo or artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.


13. Iframes

Without prior approval and express written permission, you may not create frames around our web pages or use other techniques that alter the visual presentation or appearance of our website.


14. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.


15. Return and Refund Policy

15.1 Introduction

At Meadow Edutech Private Limited, we are committed to providing high quality agriculture-related training, services, and products. We do not charge GST from students and farmers in the fees of agriculture-related training programs.

15.2 Eligibility for Returns

Physical products must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase and must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packing.

For services or training programmes: you must inform the Company at least 7 days before the start of the training programme, clearly stating the circumstances under which you do not wish to join. The refund will be credited to the same account used at the time of registration. If this condition is not met, the payment will not be refunded.

15.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods such as seeds, plants, or items with an expiration date.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Products that have been shipped or used.

15.4 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and then contact your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at director@meadowagriculture.in.

15.5 Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or affected. Send an email to director@meadowagriculture.in and send your item to: Meadow Edutech Private Limited, Raksa Rajapur Road, Village Khaira, Post Baidora, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh – 284401.

15.6 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


16. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without prior notice. The revised Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Banda, Uttar Pradesh, India.


18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.


19. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any other policies published by the Company, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Meadow Edutech Private Limited regarding the use of the Platform and Services.


20. Assignment

The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, subsidiary, successor, or acquirer without the User's prior consent. The User may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company's prior written consent.


Copyright

All website designs, software, logos, and the layout/design of Certificates issued by the platform are the exclusive property of Meadow Edutech Private Limited. Users have the right to display their certificates, but cannot alter or replicate the design.

The original copyright and ownership of all journals, books, book chapters, and research papers belong entirely to their respective Authors. By publishing with us, authors grant the Company a license to format, host, and digitally distribute their work.

No user or third party is allowed to copy, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit any platform assets or published academic content without prior written permission from the Company or the respective author.
